Servers in the EU. We process your request only to answer it. No tracking, no marketing, no selling to third parties. To prevent spam we briefly store a hashed (de-identified) form of your IP address, for a maximum of 1 hour. This form is intended for adults, if you are under 16, please ask a parent or guardian to submit the request.

How long does a reply take?
24 hours on business days, 48 hours max on weekends. We answer GDPR requests within the statutory deadline of one month (Art. 12(3) GDPR).
Can I write anonymously?
Sure, just leave the name field empty. We only need your email so we can reply.
What happens to my message?
It lands solely in our mail inbox (EU hosting). No forwarding to third parties, no marketing, no analytics tracking. We delete messages regularly after answering your request, access and deletion requests after the statutory retention period ends.
Where are the servers?
Exclusively within the EU. We use a Hostinger data center with a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement. No third-country transfer.
Do you offer phone support?
Not at the moment, email is usually faster. For genuine urgency, write "urgent" in the subject and we will prioritize it.
