Innerhalb von 30 Tagen löschen wir dein Profil, deine Aufgaben, Punkte, deinen Buddy und deine Familien-Zugehörigkeit endgültig.Within 30 days we permanently delete your profile, your tasks, points, your buddy and your family membership.

Zum Schluss bekommst du eine E-Mail, dass alles gelöscht ist. Dann ist dein Konto weg.Finally you get an email confirming everything is deleted. Then your account is gone.

Was wir behalten müssen, und warumWhat we have to keep, and why

Ein paar Daten dürfen wir nicht sofort löschen. Rechnungs- und Zahlungsbelege müssen wir nach deutschem Steuer- und Handelsrecht § 147 AO, § 257 HGB bis zu 10 Jahre aufbewahren. Diese Daten werden gesperrt, das heißt: nicht mehr aktiv genutzt, nur noch für eine mögliche Prüfung durch Behörden vorgehalten, und danach automatisch gelöscht. Außerdem behalten wir ein minimales Protokoll darüber, dass und wann gelöscht wurde, als Nachweis der DSGVO-konformen Bearbeitung.

A few pieces of data we are not allowed to delete immediately. Under German tax and commercial law § 147 AO, § 257 HGB we must keep invoices and payment records for up to 10 years. This data is blocked, meaning: no longer actively used, only kept for a possible review by the authorities, and then deleted automatically. We also keep a minimal log of that and when deletion took place, as proof of GDPR-compliant processing.

Zur Spam-Abwehr speichern wir kurzzeitig eine gehashte (unkenntlich gemachte) Form deiner IP-Adresse, maximal 1 Stunde.
